Requirement : Select New if you requires to apply fresh IEC Code. Select Modify if you need changes in existing IEC Code.

Constitution of Busines :Select business type of the applicant in which name IEC requires to apply..

Business Activity : Select main business activity to be conducted. .

PAN of Entity : Fill the correct PAN Number of Business Entity.

Name of Entity : Fill the name of Business / Enterprise which will get printed on IEC Certificate.

Address of Entity : Fill complete address which will get printed on IEC Certificate.

Owner's Residence Address (Same as Above) : Fill complete residential address of business owner.

Mobile No : Fill the correct Mobile Number

Mail ID : Fill the correct Mail ID

Attachment : Attach scan copy of the following documents: (jpg, png file < 200KB) ,
Address Proof of Entity/Firm/Organization ,
Bank Certificate/Cancel Cheque
